Cycle CEO ("the app," "we," "us") is a cycle-synced planning app for founders and entrepreneurs. We built Cycle CEO with privacy as a core principle. This policy explains, in plain language, what data the app handles and how.
Cycle CEO stores all of your information directly on your device. We do not collect it, we do not transmit it to our servers, and we do not have servers that receive your personal data. You do not need to create an account to use the app.
To work, the app lets you enter information such as your name, the start date and length of your menstrual cycle, your work hours, your businesses and projects, your tasks, and your personal goals and symptoms. This information is health-related and personal, and we treat it accordingly.
All of the information above is stored locally on your device using your device's standard app storage. It stays on your phone. It is not uploaded, synced to a cloud, shared with us, or shared with any third party. If you delete the app, this information is removed from your device.
We do not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, location data, contacts, or usage tracking. We do not use third-party trackers or advertising networks. We do not sell or share any personal information, because we never receive it in the first place.
The app can export your schedule to your calendar. When you choose to export, an event file or a pre-filled calendar link is created on your device and handed to the calendar app you select (for example Apple Calendar or Google Calendar). What happens after that is governed by that calendar provider's own privacy policy. This only happens when you actively choose to export.
Cycle CEO is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Because your data lives only on your device, you are in full control of it. You can edit or delete your information within the app at any time, and deleting the app removes all associated data from your device.
Cycle CEO is a planning and productivity tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it should not be used as a substitute for professional medical guidance. Cycle phase predictions are estimates based on the information you enter.
If we update this policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be reflected in the app or on this page.
